The Cowgirl Names Isom As Guest Relations Manager

The Cowgirl is pleased to announce Drew Isom as its new Guest Relations Manager, bringing extensive experience in hospitality, events, donor engagement, and guest experience to the role.

A proud, born-and-raised Texan, Isom earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and Event Management from Tarleton State University. Throughout his career, he has worked with several of Fort Worth’s premier cultural institutions, developing a strong foundation in creating welcoming, memorable experiences for guests, patrons, and supporters.

Isom began his career in events and catering before joining the Kimbell Art Museum, where his work included membership, donor relations, and events. He later joined The Cliburn, focusing on development and institutional engagement, before coming to the National Cowgirl Museum & Hall of Fame in Guest Relations.

In his new role as Guest Relations Manager, Isom will help lead the Museum’s efforts to provide exceptional hospitality and meaningful experiences for visitors while supporting the welcoming environment that defines the Museum.

“I am passionate about community, hospitality, and creating meaningful experiences that bring people together,” Isom said. “It is an honor to continue serving the National Cowgirl Museum & Hall of Fame in this new role and to help ensure every guest feels welcomed and connected to the remarkable stories we have the privilege of sharing.”

Outside of the Museum, Isom enjoys experiencing Fort Worth with his wife and their two boys. His favorite pastimes include exploring local coffee shops and bookstores with his wife, walking the Trinity Trails, and cooking for friends and family.
