About Courtenay:

Courtenay DeHoff is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, network television personality and cowgirl. With over fifteen years of experience as a television host, Courtenay boasts a wide skill set including shooting, editing and producing high quality content.

Courtenay embraces her unique cowgirl roots and proudly stands out in a world of cookie cutter on-camera personalities. Armed with a passion to share stories on her own terms and give prominence to the agriculture community, Courtenay has utilized her expert storytelling skills to show being a cowgirl isn’t how you look, where you live or even the lifestyle you lead. It’s a state of mind.

As the founder of the global brand movement, Fancy Lady Cowgirl, she aims to celebrate women from all walks of life and teach them to lean into their true identity to reach new levels of success and fulfillment.

Not only has Courtenay become a recognized face in television and media, but is also using her voice as a motivational speaker all over the country. Sharing the stage with the likes of Mike Rowe, Laila Ali and multiple U.S. Presidents, she recently delivered the keynote address at the National Future Farmers of America (FFA) Convention to 65,000 people inside Lucas Oil Stadium.

Courtenay is a strong agriculture advocate and has taught tens of thousands in the industry the importance of sharing their story in order to bridge the disconnect between rural and urban communities. She is an executive producer and co-host of “Backroad Cowgirls”, a digital series highlighting the diverse faces of agriculture and their stories.

Courtenay is on a mission to empower women from all walks of life to overcome feelings of unworthiness in order to unleash the cowgirl within and live legendary.

She is a former collegiate and professional rodeo athlete and proud bucking bull mom. Catch her bull Top Dollar on CBS Sports most weekends at the PBR (professional bull rider) events.
