The 2017 Old Bags Luncheon benefiting the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame educational programs will take place at River Crest Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas, on Wednesday, March 29. This year’s featured guest speaker will be international interior designer, Michelle Nussbaumer.
