  • Every guest who has purchased a ticket will receive an official bid book containing one bid slip for each work in the exhibition.  Each bid book will be registered specifically to that guest along with a serial number that identifies them.
  • The prices for each piece of artwork is set by the artist.
  • Guests may bid on any piece of art by placing a signed bid slip from their registered bid book into a box that corresponds with the art he/she wishes to purchase.

  • Works of art not purchased by the third round will be available to any interested party through October 25, 2009 at the Museum.
  • Only the guest whose bid book serial number matches the name that is posted can claim the piece of art.
  • Once a Guest claims their piece of art, they must present one-hundred percent (100%) of the established price for payment. The card will then be marked “SOLD.”
  • For bronzes with multiple castings available, multiple names will be drawn. The first name will receive the bronze that is on display. Subsequent bronzes that are purchased will be shipped from the artist or foundry.
