Absentee Bidding
- If you are unable to attend the sale, please request an absentee bid form by contacting Tricia Taylor Dixon, curator of the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, at (817) 336-4475 or tdixon@cowgirl.net or print out a PDF of the form by clicking on the link below. Absentee bids authorize impartial Heart of the West Art Exhibition and Sale representatives to place bid slips in the boxes matching the desired pieces of art and will be considered as your “intent-to-purchase.” A signed absentee bid form represents the buyer’s guarantee to purchase the works for which their bid slip was drawn. All bids are subject to the Terms and Conditions as stated on this website. Absentee Bid Form must be received by 5:00 p.m., October 16, 2009.

- The sale takes place on October 16, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. All art is for sale at the price indicated in the catalog and on the website. Your signed absentee bid form is a commitment to purchase the artwork if your name is chosen. We will notify you by October 19, 2009 of the outcome of the sale.
