Mission Statement
The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame honors and celebrates women, past and present, whose lives exemplify the courage, resilience, and independence that helped shape the American West, and fosters an appreciation of the ideals and spirit of self-reliance they inspire.
About the Museum
Museum Operating Hours
Tuesday through Saturday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Closed Mondays)
Sunday: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Museum hours subject to change.
As of March 19, 2012, the Museum will be closed on Mondays until May 28th, 2012. The Museum will be open on Mondays from May 28-September 3, 2012.

- Children 2 and under – free with paid adult
- Cultural District parking: $5.00
- National Cowgirl Museum AND Fort Worth Museum of Science and History members – free admission.
- Group rates and docent tours available with two-week advance notice.
- Museum admission prices subject to change.
- Receive HALF PRICE exhibit admission to the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History with paid admission to the National Cowgirl Museum. Discount available on date of visit only.

Location
The Museum is located at 1720 Gendy Street in the heart of Fort Worth’s Cultural District.
Accessibility
All Museum areas are wheelchair and handicap accessible. Wheelchairs are available at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Handicapped parking spaces are located in the parking lot on the west side of the Museum.

Photography is permitted in the Lobby and Gift Shop only.
