The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame invites you to host your next event at the Museum. From black-tie receptions to seated functions, the Cowgirl’s simple elegance and western flair adds excitement to any event. Our professional sales staff and our preferred caterers are available to help plan and coordinate your next event. Please call for availability.
Rental Areas
Rotunda
A majestic, light-filled space with a three-story ceiling. The rotunda features the Cowgirl Hall of Fame and 12 unique Lifetiles, glass-tiled murals with many slowly changing images honoring cowgirl life.
Flexible Exhibit Gallery
The spacious L-shaped gallery is perfect for receptions, lectures or dining. The displays of cowgirl paintings and photography will change periodically, depending upon the current traveling exhibit (please call for availability).
"Spirit of the Cowgirl” Theater
This elegant Western-style theater with seating for 54 includes a rear-screen projection system with DVD player, internet connections and PC projection capability (ideal for Powerpoint presentations) and a wireless microphone.
Museum Gift Shop
The museum gift shop may be opened during special events on request; contact the event coordinator for more information. Docent-guided tours are available upon request. Please contact the event coordinator to request guided tours for special events.
