Photograph Collection
The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame is home to a photograph collection consisting of over 2,500 images. The photographs are primarily of National Cowgirl Hall of Fame inductees and other historical cowgirls, from Tillie Baldwin, Mamie Hafley, and Vera McGinnis to Lindy Burch and Charmayne James.
The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame’s photograph collection is one of the most comprehensive collections of photographs of women of the West. The Rights and Reproductions Policy outlines the conditions and requirements for obtaining and using images in the Museum’s collection. The photographs are cataloged by subject (i.e. persons in photo), so when requesting photograph information, please be specific. Contact the Curator for additional information.
