
The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame hosted a Photography Contest featuring traditional or innovative aspects of the western way of life to coincide with the temporary exhibit Hard Twist: Western Ranch Women ~ Photographs by Barbara Van Cleve.
Girls had the opportunity to earn the Girl Scout – National Cowgirl Museum patch as part of Summer Extreme and have fun with history at this very unique museum. Fill out both the Summer Extreme Girl Registration form and the Summer Extreme Adult/Sibling Registration form.

The National Cowgirl Museum showcases extraordinary women who were the muses who paved the way for future generations. Participants toured the museum and completde portions of the Reach Out Journey award for Juniors in the aMUSE Journey.

Girl Scouts tried their hand at drawing and earned the Drawing Badge at the National Cowgirl Museum. A dab of color and a bit of imagination helped them explore shading, perspective and the world of mediums to give the girls tools to create a masterpiece of your own.

Hosted by the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, National Archives at Fort Worth… All ages of Girl Scouts were welcome to spend the afternoon creating swaps, exploring Museum exhibits and learning more about the history of Girl Scouts.
